Shipping Policy

The delivery process will commence within 1 working day (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order has been placed. The estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days. Once your package has been dispatched from our distribution center, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can visit the ‘My Orders’ section at any time to check the current status of your shipment. At Cloy, we are committed to providing prompt and reliable deliveries for all purchases. Return Policy

We understand that sometimes things don't fit quite right — and that's okay! Returns are accepted for size or color issues under the following conditions:

  • A return request must be placed within 24 hours of delivery (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • Original tags must be attached, and the bill/invoice must be retained.
  • The item should be free from any stains, damage, or tampering.

Note:

  • Sale items, combo products, or items purchased using coupons are not eligible for return.
  • Items marked non-returnable/non-exchangeable are excluded from the return policy.
  • Refunds will be initiated once the returned item is received and verified to be in acceptable condition.
